How to Apply:

-Once you find an apartment you like, either stop by our office to fill out an application or download one from our website and submit it to our office along with the $25.00 processing fee.

-We check for 90% favorable credit (no open collections/charge-offs), a positive rental history, and income verification of three (3) times the monthly rent. See our application requirements for more information.

-Applications generally take 2-4 days to process, but they can take longer depending on the cooperation from rental references.

-In order to expedite the application process, please provide any legal and verifiable proof of income (i.e. previous two (2) paystubs, bank account information, etc.) demonstrating that you make three (3) times the monthly rent each month.

-If your application is approved, we will have you come in to our office to sign a rental agreement and pay the deposit. First month's rent will be due upon move-in.
