If you would like to apply for an apartment, HPM will need the following information:

  • Credit Check
  • Social Security Number
  • Drivers License Number
  • Previous Rental and Employment Histories

Please download and fill out both parts of the application form (see links below). Any person over 18 that will be living in the apartment needs to fill out an application.

Then send the application along with the $25.00 processing fee per application to our office, or drop it by. Feel free to leave it through the mailslot in the door.
